Kerlin Hyppolite, Esq., joined Afonso & Archie, P.C. in May 2020. He studied World Languages at Rutgers University while working as a certified language specialist for state and federal courts throughout the United States. Kerlin is fluent in Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, and Portuguese.
In 2011, he enrolled at Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Since his admission to the New Jersey Bar, Kerlin has represented clients across a broad range of matters, including immigration, municipal court proceedings (including DWI), criminal defense, and family law litigation.
Kerlin is known for taking the time to listen carefully to his clients, identify the core legal issues, and pursue practical, favorable outcomes. His guiding principle is simple: Win. Win. Win.
Kerlin is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
