What Is Expungement?
Expungement is a legal process that removes arrests, charges, and convictions from your criminal record. Once expunged, you can lawfully say in most situations that you were not arrested or convicted of the offense. Expunged records are not available to employers, landlords, or the general public.
Who Qualifies for Expungement in New Jersey?
